What to expect
The muDDi event starts on Thursday, 8 October, at 15:30 at Blüherpark in Dresden-Pirnaische Vorstadt. The meetup is for all age groups. Free and no sign-up needed, details in the WhatsApp community.
Move and chat together: the muDDi Walk starts at 3:30 pm at the Blüherpark, and from 4:15 pm the BuggyFit workout with Anne Fietkau follows. The exercises are tailored to mums after pregnancy, and comfy clothes are ideal. All muDDis are welcome, and your baby is welcome to join you in the pram or in a carrier.
